MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
Our minimum order quantity is of 20 total products with at least 5 units per product ordered.
Unfortunately at the moment we don't have product samples at our EU warehouse.
If you wish to try any of our products individual units can be ordered at wholesale price, please do send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know which products you would like to try and we will create a custom order for you! In this case no MOQ will be applied.
Please note that you can only order samples once, any order that is not in line with our policy will be cancelled and refunded.
Wholesale orders are payable to Zero Waste Path EU B.V. online via Shopify payments or via via Bank Transfer (in EUR only) within 2 working days of the order confirmation.
If you wish to pay via Bank Transfer please remember to send a proof of payment to email@example.com, this will allow us to know that the order is confirmed without having to wait until it shows on our bank statement.
All orders must be paid in full before they can be shipped.
Please note that at this time Zero Waste Path EU B.V. is the only approved B2B distributor of Zero Waste Path products. You are not allowed to distribute Zero Waste Path products to other businesses without our written consent.
The wholesale price is set in advance and it is in EUR, the suggested retail price can be found on our retail website and is an indicative price.
While this is not mandatory, we kindly ask our stockists, whenever possible, not to sell our products below the recommended price, as this help us to keep our wholesale prices low.
As this is a distribution centre and not our workshop, we do have limited numbers of each item which are those shown on the online shop.
In the description of every out of stock products there will be the date in which that product will be back in stock as soon as it is known.
You will be able to add out of stock products to your order in preorder, but please note that the order will be shipped only once all the products are back in stock.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.
We ship orders primarily with UPS but may occasionally use other couriers, the shipping rate depends on the weight of the parcel and the destination, you can consult the current shipping costs in the "Shipping Policy" section of our website.
The products supplied by Zero Waste Path EU B.V. are delivered at the risk of Zero Waste Path EU B.V., unless a customer stipulates a special method of delivery.
However, liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the lost products.
Any Product received visibly damaged must be notified via email to Zero Waste Path within 48hours of receipt, please include pictures. All such products will be replaced - according to availability - or they will be refunded.
We will cover shipping expenses to send replacements for any damaged products.
However, please consider that as our products are handmade in small batches, they may vary slightly in size, shape, weight, scent and colour. As these variations are in the nature of these products, we cannot accept them as grounds for a refund or a replacement.
WHITE LABEL/CUSTOM LABEL
Unfortunately we’re not able to offer custom soap stamps or custom packaging/branding for retail purposes, we only offer this option for events (such as wedding, birthdays etc).
Please note that selling our products without our branding/with a different branding without our approval is illegal and in breach of our terms and conditions.
Please note that at the moment we are not able to sell on commission or to do drop-shipping sales.
